The following information should be read before placing an order. You are deemed to have read and accepted our terms and conditions when you submit your order. Our terms and conditions comply with UK legislation.

Payment
Payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Debit Cards, Connect and Switch. Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.

We also accept payment by cheque. However the goods cannot be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared. Please send the cheque with your address and cheque card number on the back to Wendy Carlton Creations Ltd, 10 Ashfurlong Park, Dore. Sheffield, S17 3LD.

You may also order by telephone, by calling 0114 2350599 Monday to Sunday, 9am to 8pm. Please have to hand the details of the goods you wish to purchase and the method of payment.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

The prices shown (which can change in the case of an error) cover existing stocks only and are not offered as quotations. We reserve the right to adjust selling prices/trade prices without prior notice.

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.  

Delivery to UK Mainland Addresses

Orders for personalised items, we will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible but please allow up to 28 days. We will advise you if there is a possibility of your order taking longer.

Orders for non-personalised items will normally be despatched to arrive within 7 working days, subject to availability. However, during very busy periods please allow longer.

Delivery to European & Worldwide Addresses

The prices quoted for postage are for UK Mainland only. We will arrange delivery throughout the European Community and throughout the World, however we will have to advise specifically the anticipated delivery period and cost of postage. The customer shall be liable for payment of all taxes, customs duties, levies, imports and other charges imposed by regulatory bodies.

Title of Goods
Ownership of goods will pass to the purchaser when full payment is received (and when any cheque given in payment has been honoured). Where goods are lost, damaged or destroyed after delivery, the ownership has yet to passed, the purchaser will indemnify Wendy Carlton Creations Ltd. against any loss incurred, provided such loss, damage or destruction does not result from negligence on the part of Wendy Carlton Creations Ltd.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
Wendy Carlton Creations Ltd has a no quibble returns policy on faulty, substandard or damaged goods. All goods leaving Wendy Carlton Creations Ltd are subjected to quality checks prior to despatch. If goods are found to be faulty, sub-standard or damaged on arrival in the first instance contact should be made with Wendy Carlton Creations Ltd via e-mail or telephone within 24 hours of receipt.

If goods are found to be faulty or sub-standard in any way you will be requested to return the item together with its packaging. We will offer you the option of a full refund or a replacement article.

In respect of goods damaged in transit, as a goodwill gesture we will replace your goods free of charge. However to assist us in claiming on the insurance, it is requested the damaged item is retained together with all packaging until collection is arranged by Wendy Carlton Creations Ltd. We would thank you for your co-operation if this matter should arise.

The colours of pictures and backgrounds on the Website are intended to be the same as the goods we provide, however this cannot be guaranteed this due the difference in quality of screens, printers and inks. The colour of the names & date of birth on your daisy-doodle will be chosen by us to suit the chosen design. The style and size of numbers and letters may differ from that seen on the Website.

Once you have been received the Goods, you are responsible for all risk of damage to, or loss of, the Goods.

Cancellation

Personalised goods are non-returnable unless faulty or substandard, however we will accept cancellation if we have not incurred any costs at the time of cancellation.

Non-personalised goodscan be cancelled at any time up to the time of despatch of the order at no charge to you. This can be done by contacting Wendy Carlton Creations Ltd by e-mail or telephone. Should you decide to cancel your order after despatch, it must be done within 7 working days from receipt of the unwanted goods. The goods must be returned unopened in their original packaging to Wendy Carlton Creations Ltd. The cost of returning the goods will be at the customer’s expense. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund the amount paid for the goods or an exchange credit as required.

Refunds will be provided within 30 days of cancellation minus the postage charge & package.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. By continuing to use the Site following any such change you will be deemed to have accepted such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether these terms and conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any such change you must immediately stop using the Site.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We at Wendy Carlton Creations Limited are committed to protecting your privacy. Your information will only be used lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Your information is required to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.

You will only receive promotional e-mails from us in the future if you have told us that you would like these.

Your personal data is not shared with, or sold to, any other company, except for the purpose of delivery. We operate under the guidelines of the major credit card companies when storing your information, and we are fully compliant with the data protection act (UK).

Wendy Carlton Creations Limited will never pass details of your child to a third party.

The information we hold will be accurate, relevant and up to date.

You can check the information that we hold about you at any time by e-mailing or phoning us. If you do find any inaccuracies we will correct them promptly.

We do not track the behavioural patterns of individual visitors to our site, other than storing details of items ordered, and monitoring advertising campaigns. Our system uses cookies on this website to track guests cart orders, remember user preferences and other minor functions of the website.
